Call Center Agent
- Bachelor Degree in any field.
- Ability in office application, Ms Word, Ms Excel, Outlook e-mail, etc.
- Good command of English.
- Good data entry and typing skills.
- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.
- Some experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Available to shift work.
- Good service mind.
Job Description :-
- Answer calls and respond to emails.
- Create the incident call into system.
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and escalate priority issued.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
- Enter new customer information and update exiting customer information into system.
- Complete call logs.
- Produce call reports.
