  • Ability in office application, Ms Word, Ms Excel, Outlook e-mail, etc.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good data entry and typing skills.
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.
  • Some experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Available to shift work.
  • Good service mind.

Job Description :-

  • Answer calls and respond to emails.
  • Create the incident call into system.
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Identify and escalate priority issued.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Enter new customer information and update exiting customer information into system.
  • Complete call logs.
  • Produce call reports.
